About these terms
These terms govern use of the Sam It Right website and client portal. Sam It Right is a trading name operating from Hackney, London, United Kingdom. Contact us at info@samitright.com.
Debt-recovery work, scope, fees and instructions will be covered by a separate written engagement or service agreement. If it conflicts with these website terms in relation to the service, that agreement takes priority.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not misuse the site, bypass security, introduce harmful material, access another person’s data or use the portal unlawfully.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service, investigate misuse or comply with law.
Your information and instructions
You confirm that information and documents you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority and a lawful basis to provide them. You remain responsible for promptly telling us about payments, disputes, changed instructions and other material developments.
Service limitations
We will use reasonable care in providing agreed services, but recovery depends on each case and is not guaranteed. Website content is general information and is not legal, financial or tax advice. Obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict the website and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the website, branding and original site content. You retain ownership of material you submit and give us permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, follow your instructions and meet legal duties.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, liability connected with recovery services will be governed by the written service agreement. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate client information, unauthorised account use outside our reasonable control, or events beyond our reasonable control.
