Client and staff areas require authentication. Use a unique password, protect access to your email account and sign out on shared devices. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Documents and links
Case documents are not intended to be public. Download links may be time-limited, and payment links should be shared only with the intended recipient. Avoid sending sensitive case information through unsecured channels where possible.
Responsible reporting
If you identify a suspected security or privacy issue affecting this website, email info@samitright.com with a clear description. Do not access, alter or download other people's data while investigating.
Limits
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We review reasonable safeguards as the service develops and ask users to play their part by protecting credentials and checking recipients before sharing information.
